Hoehn, Heeman selected for All-Star game


Morristown’s Sean Hoehn and Mount Olive’s Zach Heeman have been named to the North roster of the New Jersey Scholastic Coaches Association North-South All-Star Classic to be played at the Alumni Gym at Rider University in Lawrenceville on Sunday, March 23rd at Noon.

Hoehn, a senior guard, averaged 25.9 points and nearly five assists for the Colonials. Morristown finished with a 20-3 record. The 6-foot-3 guard has not committed to a school for the fall.

Heeman is a member of the Morris County Tournament champion Marauders. He averaged 17.7 points and 12.3 rebounds for Mount Olive which finished with a 23-4 record. The showcase will be the last competitive basketball contest for the 6-foot-8 athlete. He will attend Rutgers University in the fall on a football scholarship.
