Mo-Beard, Boonton, Mount Olive earn wins

Matt McFadden scored 25 points to lift Morristown-Beard to a 94-59 victory over Madison in action on Friday.

The Crimson took a 27-11 first quarter advantage and cruised to the road victory. The win lifts Morristown-Beard to 2-5. Brian Monaghan and Justin Rodriguez scored 17 points apiece for the Crimson. P. J. Mulcahy scored 17 points for the Dodgers (1-6).

Boonton 92, Morris Catholic 84

Chris D’Avanzo scored 32 points including six 3-pointers to spark the Bombers. Sammy Asani added 27 points including three 3-pointers for Boonton (3-5). Justin Johannessen scored 23 points including seven 3-pointers and Amir Hamilton added 19 points and eight rebounds for the Crusaders (4-5).

Chatham 55, Delbarton 47

Graham Delaney scored 20 points and Jack Rooney added 13 to lift the Cougars (7-2). Robbie Price scored 10 points for Delbarton (4-4).

Dover 66, Morris Tech 42

The Tigers led 30-13 at the half.

Pompton Lakes 54, Kinnelon 51

Eric Hausser scored 14 points and Charlie Von Schalscha added 11 points for the Colts.

Hanover Park 78, Mountain Lakes 77

The Lakers rallied with a 23-15 fourth-quarter run.

The win lifted the Hornets to 7-2. The Lakers dropped to 4-3.

Manchester Regional 85, Parsippany 43

The Red Hawks drop to 2-5. Manchester jumped off to a 23-9 first-quarter run.

Mount Olive 65, Sparta 53

Brandon Hood scored 14 points, Jason Drury had 12 and Chris Grillo added 10 points for the Marauders. Mount Olive led 35-27 at the half and pulled away with a 20-11 third quarter spree.The Marauders are unbeaten at 5-0.

Pequannock 55, Butler 33

Derek Nelson scored 14 points to pace the Golden Panthers. James Hitchcock added 10 for Pequannock (4-3). Danny Polons had 12 points for the Bulldogs.

West Morris 49, Morris Knolls 43

An 11-7 fourth quarter effort lifted the Wolfpack (5-4).
