Jake Schicke scored 18 points and Tate Gillie and Jake Marshall scored 11 points apiece to lift Mountain Lakes to a 56-54 triumph over Morristown-Beard in boys basketball action on Wednesday.
Justin Rodriguez scored 26 points and Raphael Castillo scored 10 points for the Crimson (8-2).
Mountain Lakes led 26-20 at the half. The win lifted the Lakers to 7-3.
Whippany Park 69, Boonton 64, OT
Vedanth Nair’s 28-point effort lifted the Wildcats. Robbie Mason added 16 points and eight rebounds. Nate Maquiling paced the Bombers with 24 points. The teams were tied 55-all going into overtime.
Madison 53, Parsippany 48
An 18-14 third-quarter run helped the Dodgers build a 37-32 advantage going into the fourth quarter. Andy Cristos scored 19 points and P. J. Mulcahy scored 15 for Madison (4-5). David Tori scored 14 points for the Red Hawks.
Montville 54, West Morris 51
The Mustangs are 6-3. Nick Bio and Zach Warech scored a dozen points apiece and Joe DelloStritto had 11 points for Montville. Sean Bryant scored 16 points for the Wolfpack.
Morris Hills 40, Jefferson 35
Derrien Coley, Andrew Behrendt and Eric Look scored 11 points each for the Scarlet Knights.
Morristown 56, Roxbury 31
Kevin Hoehn’s 25-point performance paced the Colonials. Ashton Pardie added 11 points and Luke Haralampoudis had nine point for Morristown (6-2). Brandon Lessig had nine points for the Gaels.

The Marauders drop to 1-6.
Randolph 66, Mendham 48
The win lifts Randolph to 6-3. Justin Polesuk scored 15 points, Chris Cheng and Morgan Gleniewicz had 13 points each and Luke Nathan scored 10 points for the Rams. Ben DeJong scored 15 points for the Minutemen.
Chatham 76, Parsippany Hills 56
Mac Bredahl, Ryan Doherty and Graham LeMon scored 13 point each to spark the Cougars. Johnny Maurer added 12 points for Chatham.
